How does the online ordering process work?

  1. Select your room package based on the number of rooms in your home. Find specific details on each package on the Bundle Pricing page, then add it to your cart on the Order page.

  2. Select additional accessories you would like to help your move go as smoothly as possible. Add these items to your cart on the Order page.

  3. Once you have chosen all the items you would like to rent for your move, checkout using the cart in the top right corner of the page. (The cart appears once you add an item to it.)

  4. When you go to check out you will fill out a form choosing your delivery time & date.

Does Elephant Trunk Moving Supplies provide moving services?

We do not provide moving services, but we happily suggest Full House Moving.

Do I need to be home for the delivery and pickup of the supplies?

We can work out an arrangement that works best for you and the delivery person. We are flexible!

Does Elephant Trunk service out of area moves?

Currently, we only are able to work with moves that are within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. But we hope to be able to go longer distances some day! 

ARE THE boxes CLEANED BETWEEN RENTALS?

Absolutely! We hand clean each container between each rental. 

Can i keep my rental items longer if i need to?

Of course! We are more than happy to work with you to make your move as easy as possible. Just call (214-755-4675) or email (john@elephanttrunk.net) us, and we can work out an extended rental.
